The structure is located at the top of a hill overlooking the small village and marina of Ustica. The main terrace with a small pool and the one at the level of the accommodations enjoy a spectacular view. On foot, the village is an 8-minute walk away via a wide staircase. From the structure, a hiking trail called the "Mezzogiorno Path" starts and will take you to the sea where you can admire beautiful sunsets, while from the structure you can enjoy the sunrise in the morning and, according to its cycle, also the moon.

Together with Laura, we manage this micro non-hotel structure for six months during the summer season, and we travel around the world for the other six months. We speak French, English, and a little bit of Spanish besides Italian. We try to adapt to your needs, remaining present only when requested, advising you on the best things to do among events, evenings out, concerts, exhibitions, and conferences, the best diving clubs, restaurants, pizzerias, ice cream shops, electric bike and scooter rentals.

Starting from the property, you can take wonderful walks at sunrise walking next to the rising sun, or in the evening towards the sunset along the "Mezzogiorno" path, which will lead you after the magnificent natural pools to the "Rosa degli Eventi" for a sunset aperitif with live music or a DJ set.
