The structure is located at the top of a hill overlooking the small village and marina of Ustica. The main terrace with a small pool and the one at the level of the accommodations enjoy a spectacular view. On foot, the village is an 8-minute walk away via a wide staircase. From the structure, a hiking trail called the "Mezzogiorno Path" starts and will take you to the sea where you can admire beautiful sunsets, while from the structure you can enjoy the sunrise in the morning and, according to its cycle, also the moon.
